Helping Hands
This group consists of volunteers who when called
upon help with parish mailings, the stuffing of bulletin inserts and
other needs as they arise.
Christmas Bazaar - November 12
This group meets throughout the year to plan for this
festive parish activity. For
further information you may contact Peggy O’Malley in the Parish Office.
Loving Hands for Babies
This is a group of knitters and crocheters.
They meet each Monday at Saint Andrew from 1-3:00 p.m. They make
blankets, hats and sweaters for babies. These items are given to
the Little Sisters of Jesus and Mary, Diakonia House, hospitals,
pregnancy centers and others in need. If you would like to join this
group please contact Rosie Bird at 410-723-1757 or Mike England at
410-723-1542 or just stop by at their regular meeting time.
Social Events Committee
This committee is made up of volunteers who plan,
organize, and implement fund raising events to benefit our parish. The
events take place throughout the year. Committee meetings are held at
Saint Andrew’s Social Center prior to the function. The following
events are held: Spaghetti Dinner, Chicken Dinner and
Roast Pork Dinner. In the
future we are looking to provide other events that will help in our
Parish Building Funds.
Ancient Order of Hibernians
The Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH) is the oldest
Catholic Lay Organization in America. It was officially formed in New
York in1836. St. Patrick is the Patron Saint. The AOH nationally
donates millions to charities. Our organization is composed of Irish
Catholic men ages 18 and up, who are Irish by birth, descent or
adoption. The AOH meets the second Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. at
the Knights of Columbus Home, located at 100th Street and Coastal
Highway in Ocean City. Individuals who are interested in more

Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians
The Patroness is Saint Brigid. The membership is
composed of Irish Catholic women of all ages, 16 and older who are Irish
by birth, descent, or adoption, the wife or mother of the male
counterpart AOH organization, or Junior Hibernian mother.
Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus is an organization of
Catholic men dedicated to the principles of Charity, Unity, Fraternity,
and Patriotism through service to Church, Country, and Neighbor. Ocean
City Council #9053 meet in their Council Home located behind Saint Luke
Catholic Church at 100th Street and Coastal Highway. For further

Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Columbus
This organization is comprised of wives, mothers, and
daughters of Knights who belong to Council #9053, or any other Council.
The purpose of the organization is to assist the men’s council in
spiritual, social, and monetary areas to the best of their ability.
Their meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at the Council
Home. They also hold various social events for members and their
spouses. All eligible women are welcome to join the organization. Call
